To create your account, you must purchase materials necessary to use the Services and provide us with a valid email address.

We do not collect payment or billing information, such as your credit card. All payment processing is handled byShopify, per Shopify Terms of Services.

a. Service providers

We share your non-personally identifiable usage data with our trusted server and product analytics vendors (e.g., Amazon Web Services and Google Analytics) who provide services to Life is Tech to support and improve the Website and Services. In addition, we share your personally identifiable information with certain third-party service providers in connection with the provision of the Website and Services. For example, we share your address with a delivery company to deliver materials to you and may share your email address or other contact information with Zendesk or others to provide customer service or support to you. These service providers will only have access to the information necessary to perform these limited functions on our behalf and are required to protect and secure this information. We do not share your data with advertisers. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared with analytics providers.

b. Affiliates and acquirers of our business or assets

If we become involved in a business combination, securities offering, bankruptcy, reorganization, dissolution or other similar transaction, we may share or transfer your information in connection with such transaction. Any user that has signed up for an account and shared their email address with us will be notified in this case, and will have the option to delete their account and data.

a. Adjust email settings

You are required to provide an email address to Life is Tech during account creation. As noted above, we use your email address to communicate with you, including to notify you of new products or services that we may offer. You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications (including our newsletter) by following the instructions contained at the bottom our promotional emails. Any administrative or Service-related emails (to reset a password, notify you of an update to this Privacy Policy or the Terms, etc.) generally do not offer an option to unsubscribe as they are necessary to provide the Website and the Services you requested.

b. Updating account information

You may update your nickname, email address and other account information by logging into your account. To update any personally identifiable information that is not accessible through your account, please contact us via the email address in Section 10 below.

c. Deleting information and accounts

You may request that your account or any of your personally identifiable information be deleted by contacting us via the email address in Section 10 below. Once deleted, your data cannot be reinstated.
